Evolution Americas operates a modern Philadelphia studio hosting live online casino games. You will present blackjack, roulette and baccarat on camera, engage online players, and ensure a smooth, entertaining game flow.

We provide paid dealer training through Evolution Academy, 15 days vacation, sick days, insurance options, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license

What You'll Do

• Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately
• Speak to online players in a friendly and professional way
• Follow on screen instructions and studio standards
• Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

No Experience? No Problem.

Our Game Presenters come from many different backgrounds, including:

You don't need to know casino games before applying. We'll teach you the games, procedures, and on camera presentation skills.

Current Openings

• 3pm to 11pm
• 5pm to 1am
• 7pm to 3am
• 11pm to 7am
• Weekend availability is required
