Why People Choose the Four Day Schedule

A traditional five day schedule is not for everyone. With four ten hour shifts, you receive:

• Full time guaranteed hours
• Fewer weekly commutes
• More time for appointments, family, school, travel, fitness, or personal projects
• A consistent schedule with the same assigned shift and days
• Full benefits and paid time off

This schedule is ideal for someone who would rather work longer shifts and have more complete days away from work.

What Makes This Role Different

• Paid professional training
• Modern, enclosed, smoke free studio
• No physical players at your table
• Tips paid in addition to your base hourly rate
• Performance based bonus opportunities
• Career growth within a global entertainment company

Compensation and Benefits

• $17.25 per hour and above, including base pay and guaranteed tip rate
• Average total earnings of approximately $20 to $25 per hour

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Company paid life and accidental death insurance
• 401(k) company match
• 50% discount on garage parking near the studio

• Are comfortable working four ten hour shifts each week
• Are comfortable appearing on camera
• Have strong communication skills
