Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot in Troy, MI is seeking an Assistant Floor Manager to work closely with the Floor Manager to ensure product availability, strict freshness standards, and strong relationships with customers that drive sales and minimize losses.

You will supervise and train staff, support scheduling, maintain HACCP compliance, and uphold safety guidelines while helping deliver a smooth shopping experience for guests in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe working/shopping environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service with sincerity and respect.
• Communicate with customers and respond to questions promptly.
• Operate warehouse equipment per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with product presentation, rotation, labeling and replenishment.
• Ensure in-stock position and monitor inventory with cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse equipment and product knowledge.
• Execute department procedures and apply selling techniques to increase sales.
