Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Assistant Floor Manager to support the Floor Manager in delivering fresh, well-presented product and superior customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training of staff, safe operating procedures per HACCP, and achieving sales goals while controlling losses. Flexible shifts include full-time, hourly, 8–10 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and train team members and build relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage warehouse operations effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and listen to others to give instructions.
• Operate equipment necessary to perform the job; comply with safety rules.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities
