What would I be doing?

Located just east of downtown Kansas City, Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is a Midwestern entertainment hub that offers something for everyone. Ameristar has one of the largest casino floors in Missouri, excellent dining venues, a newly renovated luxury hotel, and more. It also provides convenient parking in a five-level, 2,660-space parking structure with an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway to the casino and entertainment center. Ameristar is seeking a Table Games Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising dealers and games.

  • Adhere to guest service standards.
  • Possess knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
  • Ensure utilization reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies, Missouri Gaming Regulations, and internal controls.
  • Maintain proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable quick and accurate payouts.
  • Train and mentor team members to meet standards.
  • Complete Player play evaluation sheets at a win or loss of $2,500.00.
  • Communicate all relevant information regarding the section to the incoming Floor Supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment within the section.
  • Ensure the integrity of games in the assigned section.
  • Complete job tasks in a timely manner according to department standards.

  • Strong team player and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work any shift or hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as a Table Games Dealer.
