Job Description

Ameristar is seeking a Table Games Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise dealers and games, ensuring high standards of guest service and compliance with regulations.

• Adhere to guest service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all aspects of the supervised game.
• Complete utilization reports accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Missouri Gaming Regulations, and internal controls.
• Manage inventory of cheques for quick and accurate payouts.
• Train and mentor team members to meet standards.
• Complete Player play evaluation sheets at a win or loss of $2,500.00.
• Communicate all relevant information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment within the section.
• Ensure game integrity in the assigned section.
• Complete job tasks in a timely manner according to department standards.

Qualifications

• Strong team member and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work any shift or hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Table Games Dealer.
