Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure in-store experiences by acting as Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and sales strong.

The schedule varies weekly, with 12-16 hours per week and required Saturdays/Sundays and some holidays. You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, maintain visuals, and uphold the brand's values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close routines.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
