Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on customer experience and daily sales.

Expect 12–16 hours weekly with required Saturdays/Sundays and holiday coverage, plus increased hours during peak periods. The role emphasizes opening/closing routines, POS operation, Omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication abilities.
• Awareness of fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
