Summary: Floor Staff team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees. Their primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Floor Staff may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Handling emergency situations when called upon
• General cleaning duties
• Compliance with company dress code

Position Responsibilities

Box Office

• Operating POS system, managing cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, and discount tickets
• Upselling Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX)
• Promoting Regal Crown Club program
• Selling tickets in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policies
• Responding to guest inquiries via phone

Concession

• Operating POS system and managing inventory
• Promoting Regal Crown Club
• Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
• Upselling and suggestive selling
• Adhering to food safety laws and alcohol certification requirements where applicable

Usher
