Key Responsibilities

• Prep and install flooring according to company procedures with high attention to detail
• Keep tools organized and maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Understand the scope of each project beforehand and familiarize yourself with the project files
• Handle company machinery and power tools responsibly
• Use measurements and perform basic math calculations accurately
• Interact with customers politely and professionally, ensuring trustworthiness and comfort in customer homes
• Meet high quality standards consistently
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job
• Travel throughout the week to various work locations

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in flooring installation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
• Physical ability to crouch, squat, stand, walk, and lift regularly
• Willingness to travel to different work sites during the week
