As a flooring installer, you will be the front line of our quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and installing flooring with attention to detail
2. Organizing and maintaining tools and a safe work environment
3. Understanding project scope and handling machinery and tools properly
4. Interacting courteously with customers and ensuring high standards of quality and satisfaction
5. Traveling within Lancaster County during the week

Qualifications include:

1. At least 5 years of flooring installation experience
2. Valid driver’s license and vehicle
3. Ability to pass a background check
4. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
5. Repetitive physical activities such as crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting
