Regal Cinemas Westview Floor Staff - Starting at $15.00

Join us as a Regal Cinemas Westview Floor Staff and be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional guest service. Positions are classified based on theatre needs and employee availability, including variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time roles. Responsibilities may include working at the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher.

As a team member, you are expected to:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance
• Handle emergency situations when necessary
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Adhere to the company dress code

Essential Duties by Position

Box Office

• Operate POS system, manage cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, and discount tickets
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote the Regal Crown Club
• Ensure tickets comply with MPAA ratings and handle guest inquiries

Concession

• Operate POS system, manage inventory, and promote the Regal Crown Club
• Maintain food safety standards and comply with relevant laws
• Handle alcohol sales if applicable, ensuring legal age and certifications

Usher

• Manage ticket tearing, patron guidance, and crowd control
• Inspect backpacks, monitor auditorium environment, and perform cleaning duties

Pay Scale and Benefits
