Parkwest Casino is seeking a Floor Service Representative to join our team and positively impact guest experiences on the casino floor. The role leads staff in dealer rotations, enforces table policies, and delivers exemplary customer service to guests.

The ideal candidate will establish betting limits, know when to open tables, and learn Parkwest Casino house rules and procedures while maintaining game integrity and delivering top-tier guest service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must provide evidence of U.S. work eligibility.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.

Parkwest Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Floor Service Representative to join our team and make a real difference in our guest’s experience! The FSR leads employees on the casino floor by creating efficient and fair dealer rotations, enforcing established on table policies and procedures, and demonstrates exemplary customer service to our guests. • A successful Floor Service Representative will be able to establish and change (lower and rise) betting limits to maximize on table game revenue.
• As a Floor Service Representative you will understand when and why to open tables.
• Floor Service Representatives are expected to learn all Park West Casino house rules, policies and procedures.
• As a Floor Service Representative you should be able to maintain the integrity of all offered games by making consistent table rulings in the best interest of the game.
• Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.

Physical and mental requirements

• Required to stand and walk short distances upwards of two or three hours at a time.
• Regularly required to see, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work environment

• Team members may be exposed to smoking by customers in areas where smoking is permitted.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
