Job summary

The Casino Supervisor will assist in leading casino floor employees by enforcing established policies and procedures and demonstrating exemplary customer service to our guests. Responsibilities

• Keep a high profile on the gaming floor while ensuring guests are greeted and complaints resolved in a timely manner.
• Learn all House Rules, P&P’s, and collection structures.
• Keep the podium balanced; maintain accurate shift report, time off and sick reports, overtime logs, and other reports as necessary.
• Monitor payouts on the tables to ensure proper amounts are paid to customers.
• Supervise personnel and efficient operation of facilities during an assigned shift, working in conjunction with department managers and the General Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of guest service within the casino and actively promote positive customer and employee relations by walking the floor and ensuring excellent customer service.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and bend at the neck for 6 or more hours a day.
• Position requires repetitive use of hands for simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, and reaching for entire shift.
• Position may involve exposure to excessive noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, extremes in temperature, humidity, or wetness.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
