Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Production Planner to develop production schedules, coordinate material availability, and balance workloads on the factory floor. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization.

The role requires understanding of ERP/MRP systems, experience with SAP, and the ability to adjust plans based on capacity, demand, and rush orders. This is a fully onsite position in Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and SAP is a plus.
• Familiarity with production planning concepts and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production specifications to determine processes, tools, and staffing needs.
• Ensure material flow aligns with demand and capacity constraints.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain work orders to support daily operations.
• Update capacity planning calendars and respond to schedule changes as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Materials, and Customer Service to forecast demand and adjust plans.
