Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring/promotion for multiple departments/areas
• 3 years’ experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring/promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements and ensure compliance with standards
