Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Material Coordinator to own material readiness on the warehouse floor. You will walk the shop floor, verify kits, and ensure parts are pulled, staged, and ready ahead of the scheduled builds to keep the line moving.

You will work closely with Production to flag shortages, coordinate build sequence changes, stage kits, and maintain kanban controls and 5S discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on the shop floor as a warehouse associate or material handler.
• Hands-on in kitting, staging, or kanban replenishment.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems for lookups and transactions.
• Proficient with MS Office for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with lot/serial/batch tracking and material traceability.
• U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Walk the production schedule daily and verify kit status for upcoming builds.
• Flag at-risk builds early by checking shortages against the plan.
• Coordinate with Production leads on changes to build sequence.
• Stage and deliver kits to the production floor in correct location and quantity.
• Monitor kanban levels and trigger replenishment before stockouts.
• Maintain kanban bin locations and ensure card integrity.
• Right-size kanban quantities based on floor consumption.
• Perform cycle counts and spot-check material locations.
• Receive, put away, and transact material movements accurately.
• Maintain lot/serial/batch traceability with proper labeling.
