Anduril Industries is seeking a Material Coordinator to own material readiness on the shop floor. You will walk the line, verify kit status, stage parts, and ensure kanban and replenishment keep the production schedule on track.
You will collaborate with Production to manage build sequences, monitor stock levels, maintain traceability, and uphold 5S standards to keep staging areas organized and audit-ready. Equity grants are part of total compensation.

The Material Coordinator is the warehouse‑floor owner of material readiness for production. This role lives on the shop floor — not behind a planning screen — walking kits, staging areas, and kanban racks to make sure every scheduled build has material in hand before it’s needed. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with Production to track the build schedule, physically verify kitting status, and keep kanban/bin replenishment running so the line never waits on parts.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
US Hourly Range $25.49 — $34.14 USD
