Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Material Coordinator to own material readiness on the shop floor. You will walk the line, verify kit status, stage parts, and ensure kanban and replenishment keep the production schedule on track.

You will collaborate with Production to manage build sequences, monitor stock levels, maintain traceability, and uphold 5S standards to keep staging areas organized and audit-ready. Equity grants are part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent floor-based experience.
• Hands-on with kitting, staging, or kanban replenishment in a production setting.
• Familiar with inventory/WMS/ERP tools for lookups and transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for basic tracking and reporting.
• U.S. Person required due to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Verify kit status and ensure parts are ready ahead of need date.
• Flag at-risk builds by checking shortages against the schedule.
• Coordinate with Production on build sequences and kanban replenishment.
• Stage and deliver kits to the production floor on time.
• Monitor kanban levels and trigger replenishment to avoid stockouts.
• Maintain kanban locations, labeling, and card integrity.
• Track lot/serial/batch for traceability.
• Own material flow from receiving to production.
• Escalate shortages with clear, specific info.
