Responsibilities

• Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations on the floor.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and service steps.
• Handle guest queries promptly and professionally.
• Supervise servers, bussers, and other staff; manage scheduling and training.
• Work within budgeted guidelines for Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll.
• Incentivize team to maximize sales and revenue.
• Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with managers.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead communications meetings and document minutes.
• Be environmentally aware and support other departments as needed.
• Fill out Fire Safety Log.
