This role requires dealership management experience, weekend availability, and the ability to move motorcycles up to 850 lbs while maintaining safety and efficiency on the showroom floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge of deal structure, finance products, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports; motorcycle endorsement a plus.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.
• Ability to navigate showroom, lots, and service areas safely.

RideNow Powersports - RideNow McKinneyis seeking a seasoned, results-driven Floor Manager to lead our high-performance sales team. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for an accomplished sales professional with dealership experience who thrives on driving performance, mentoring talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategically lead daily showroom operations for both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.
  
• Drive performance metrics by coaching, developing, and holding your sales team accountable to individual and store-wide targets.
  
• Serve as the go-to expert in deal structuring, F&I integration, and customer negotiation—personally assisting in closing complex or high-value deals.
  
• Monitor and optimize floor traffic coverage and team deployment to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
  
• Partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  
• Champion a customer-first approach while maintaining profitability and efficiency across the sales process.
  

Qualifications
