Champers Social Club, part of Festive & Co in New York's SoHo, is seeking a polished Floor Manager to lead dining room and bar service with a warm, high-energy presence. You’ll train, coach, and develop a tight-knit team, while guiding large events and ensuring guest delight.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining service standards, managing reservations and floor flow, and delivering the brand of hospitality Champers is known for. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Competenze

• Front-of-house leadership experience in upscale, high-volume venue.
• Natural coach who loves training and developing people.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and Champagne; eager to learn more.

• Lead the dining room and bar during service with a warm, visible presence.
