Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-end lounge or luxury hospitality setting.
• Deep understanding of nightlife dynamics, service pacing, and VIP handling.
• Willing to work evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead service during all operational hours.
• Coordinate with Maître D’, Hosts, and security to manage flow.
• Greet and engage VIP guests with discretion.
• Monitor ambiance and room pacing throughout the evening.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coach staff.
• Assist in event execution and private functions.
