Sunset Ford in St. Louis, MO is seeking a high-energy Floor Manager to lead showroom activity, coach sales consultants, and drive digital branding. You will oversee customer flow, negotiate deals on the floor, and ensure seamless handoffs with the Sales Desk and F&I teams.

The role emphasizes active on-floor closing, real-time coaching, and a modern, high-tech sales strategy to elevate performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume auto sales with floor control or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and personal branding in auto industry.
• High energy leadership to motivate and focus the sales floor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to de-escalate and coach teams.
• Proficiency with dealership CRM systems, inventory management, and digital tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Showroom traffic and leads flow management for prompt, professional engagement.
• Lead social media branding initiatives and coach consultants on video walkarounds and organic lead generation.
• Intervene early on Turn Overs to close deals and validate trade-in values.
• Coach sales reps on listening, walkarounds, road testing, and video outreach for remote buyers.
• Coordinate with Sales Desk and F&I to ensure smooth deal transitions and profitability per unit.
• Enforce CRM logging, digital lead follow-ups, and daily social outreach tasks.
• Ensure guests receive Sunset Ford's 5-star experience from floor to contact.
