Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Lead Floor Care Specialist in Fort Collins to oversee cleaning of floor surfaces, washrooms, and common areas. This role partners with the Project Manager to report daily occurrences and coordinate with the evening crew on carpet extractions and floor refinishing.

The position requires high school diploma or GED, at least one year in janitorial and floor care, and the ability to follow directions, communicate clearly, and work safely in a health-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year janitorial experience required.
• One year of floor care experience required.
• Ability to understand and follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, and stripping/waxing.
• Remove trash and other refuse; dust equipment, furniture and fixtures; clean restrooms and showers.
• Conduct conference room set-ups/tears downs; coordinate with PM and evening crew on floor projects.
• Report daily needs to Project Manager and assist with shift coordination.
