Forbidden Fruit Restaurant & Alberta Street Coffee, located in the Alberta Arts District and part of Cascada, Portland, OR, seeks a Floor Manager to oversee daily operations for both venues. You will drive hospitality, supervise staff, and maintain a welcoming, efficient service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience in a coffee shop, counter service, or restaurant.
• Active Food Handlers and Alcohol Certification.
• Passion for food, beverages, and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Effective multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee floor operations for Alberta Street Coffee and Forbidden Fruit.
• Provide outstanding customer service and lead the team.
• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks; handle transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization; maintain presentation.
• Lead by example during high-volume shifts.
• Oversee morning breakfast and lunch events.
