Job summary

Phở Hòa Restaurant in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Floor Manager who can lead our front-of-house team with a passion for Vietnamese hospitality and guest satisfaction. Established in 1992, we pride ourselves on authentic cuisine and a welcoming dining experience.

You will supervise hiring, training, and evaluation; ensure documentation and policy compliance; resolve guest and staff concerns; report to the GM; and maintain health and safety standards in the dining room and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a front-of-house restaurant team.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Two year associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation of front of house staff
• Is responsible for the correct documentation and adhering to company policies regarding disciplinary action
• Address and resolve any staff/guest complaints to guests’ satisfaction
• Reporting back to the GM
• Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

Pho Hoa Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:
