Phở Hòa Restaurant in Kentucky is seeking an experienced server who can deliver outstanding hospitality in a busy dining room while upholding our Vietnamese dining standards. You will take and serve orders, answer questions, make food recommendations, issue checks, handle payments, and prepare to-go orders with attention to sanitation and order accuracy.

Required: at least 1 year of server experience with POS, ability to speak conversational Vietnamese, and a commitment to excellent customer

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

Taking and serving orders and answering questions/making food recommendations

Issuing checks and accepting payments, processing and preparing to-go orders

Who we are looking for:

Commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality

Self-starter with problem solving and decision making skills

Team-player with great communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environments

High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus

At least 1 year serving experience, understanding of POS

Ability to speak conversational Vietnamese
