Role Description

The Front of House Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based at Huynh Restaurant in Houston, TX. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and providing attentive table service throughout the visit. The role involves taking orders accurately, coordinating with kitchen staff, delivering food and drinks, and managing payment transactions. Front of House team members also maintain a clean and organized dining area, assist with reservations and waitlists, and help resolve guest concerns professionally. This position requires consistent punctuality, cooperation with coworkers, and a focus on creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

• Monday-Saturday: 10:30am-9:15pm (with breaks)
• Sunday: Closed
