Quality Meats is seeking a Floor Manager to join our team! Our teams must embrace a guest-first approach to service, thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and take great pride in the space they work in.

All of our managers are actively engaged and present on the floor during service. They work closely with their hourly team to maintain service standards focused on generosity, acknowledgment, flexibility, and efficiency for our guests. Outside of service hours, Floor Managers oversee the Front Door or Support teams, including scheduling, hiring, and training.
