Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager located in Brooklyn, NY. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties include coordinating with different departments, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring effective communication with staff. Additionally, the Floor Manager will be responsible for training new employees, closing the restaurant, and implementing operational policies to enhance the customer experience.
