Responsibilities: • Guest Engagement: Regularly visit tables to check on guests' satisfaction, address any concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience. • Customer Feedback: Actively listen to guest feedback, both positive and constructive, and take appropriate actions to enhance service quality. • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences. • Team Leadership: Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and maintain a positive work environment. • Operational Oversight: Monitor dining room operations, including seating arrangements, table turnover, and overall ambiance, to ensure smooth service. • Staff Training: Provide ongoing training to staff on customer service excellence, emphasizing the importance of guest interactions and feedback. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
