Qualifications

• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is a plus.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers and ensure a great fitting experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations, openings and closings, security, and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor team in entry-level retail tasks including customer service and sales.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: manage merchandising, restock, and cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store issues for a smooth customer experience.
