You will engage customers with product expertise, lead a small team, and participate in merchandising and inventory tasks. Flexible scheduling is expected; opportunities for growth within the Skechers brand are available.

Qualificações

• Customer service management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice to ensure best fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Mentor and support team members in sales and daily tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
