Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is helpful but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal form.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring a great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing, and uphold security standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support teammates to grow in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store targets by applying effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee inventory routines and collaborate with management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to keep shopping smooth.
