Job summary

Riverside Foods, a Lakeside Foods company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations and keep the line moving safely and efficiently. You’ll set the tone on the floor, coach a team, and collaborate with leadership to hit production goals.

You will train staff on equipment use and safety, monitor quality and performance, and resolve issues as they arise. This role rewards proven leaders with growth opportunities and stable operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Drive to lead from the front and help build a strong, reliable team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations, including machine setup and operation.
• Train and coach employees on equipment use, safety, and performance expectations.
• Keep production on track while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership.
• Address employee issues head-on by investigating concerns and driving solutions.
• Support the Production Manager and jump in wherever leadership is needed.
