Premium Waters is seeking a hands-on Production Lead in Riverside, MO, responsible for daily leadership on the production floor. You will help keep bottling lines safe, efficient, and aligned with quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and team supervision on the production floor.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards across shifts.
• Proficient communication with employees and management at all levels.
• Able to adapt work schedule, including overtime when required.
• Track record of meeting attendance, quality, safety and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee start-ups, changeovers, operations and shutdowns on production lines.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and support to production staff.
• Contribute to performance evaluations with observations and feedback.
• Report issues related to equipment, quality, safety, or incidents promptly.
