Job summary

Kroger Riverside plant is seeking a Plant Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities across maintenance, operations and warehouse to ensure safe, efficient production in Riverside, CA.

Responsibilities include monitoring the production flow, resolving shift issues, training leads, and delivering daily reports to the production manager while upholding SQF 2000 standards and our Customer 1st strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing operations.
• Ability to write brief reports and log documentation.
• Strong communication skills in written and oral form.
• Ability to understand complex instructions and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities across maintenance, operations and warehouse.
• Ensure safety, quality and reliability in line with SQR and Customer 1st strategy.
• Provide daily verbal and written reports to the production manager.
• Monitor production flow and resolve operational problems during the shift.
• Train shift leads and provide ongoing feedback on performance and goals.
• Support SQF 2000 systems development and maintenance.
