Job summary

You will drive standard work, kaizen events, and labor standards, transitioning new products from launch to steady-state with validated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years IE experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience designing and setting up assembly lines or manufacturing cells.
• Experience conducting time studies and developing labor standards.
• US person per ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and industrial engineering team members and collaborate with operators and supervisors.
• Design, set up, and configure assembly lines and manufacturing cells for products.
• Support new product launches from pre-production planning through rate readiness.
• Develop and maintain labor standards and perform time studies.
• Lead kaizen events and 5S activities on the floor; improve processes and sustain standards.
• Collect production data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
