• Previous food manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Safety-first mindset with OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations, including machine setup and operation.
• Train employees on equipment use, safety, and performance expectations.
• Keep production on track while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership.
• Address employee issues head-on by investigating concerns and driving solutions.
• Support the Production Manager and jump in wherever leadership is needed.
