Job summary

Buckle in Duluth, MN is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You’ll perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks and partner with the Store Manager to drive results.

You’ll lead a team, recruit and coach teammates, and ensure high guest service standards while controlling store operations. Buckle offers health plans, a 401(k) match, paid time off and a generous teammate discount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and guest service: greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service.
• Recruiting, training and development: recognize recruiting opportunities and help train new teammates.
• Operations: flexible schedule, POS procedures, loss prevention and store policies.
• Supervisory and leadership: support leadership, mentor teammates, and foster a positive store culture.
