Job summary

Buckle in Florence, KY is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to fulfill our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests. The role blends sales, merchandising and daily store operations, including cashiering, merchandise display, and routine cleaning, with accountability to the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will recruit and develop Teammates, help drive sales, lead by example, and uphold Buckle’s standards while delivering legendary service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly service and advise on merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating items and building outfits.
• Meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Lead and train Teammates; recruit and develop staff.
• Maintain loss prevention and handle returns according to policy.
