Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand-new store at Round Rock Premium Outlets in Round Rock, Texas, in November. We will hire multiple positions, with interviews starting October 1.

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader will drive sales, merchandising, and store operations, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and provide strong leadership. Roles emphasize guest service, product knowledge, and visual presentation, with responsibilities across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service across the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising, zones ownership and weekly checklists.
• Follow all Loss Prevention guidelines and store policies; ensure a clean, shoppable environment.
