Buckle is opening a brand-new store in Round Rock, Texas, and is hiring a capable Operations Manager to help launch and run daily operations. You will oversee guest services, inventory, promotions, and training while ensuring Buckle’s standards are met and employees thrive.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety and ethics, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position located at Round Rock Premium Outlets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience in retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Lead onboarding and interviewing processes for new teammates.
• Monitor inventory, promotions, and POS procedures to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Buckle’s ethics, policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to optimize merchandising and displays.
• Support in training and developing team members to meet performance goals.
