Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand‑new store at Round Rock Premium Outlets in Round Rock, Texas, and will begin interviews in October.

This Operations Manager role leads store operations, guest experience, and team development, and may cover related duties such as Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser as needed. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, customer service, and problem‑solving skills, plus the ability to work flexible hours including peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to job requirements.
• Experience in retail management or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding and hiring activities; manage interviews and dashboards.
• Manage promotions, signage, inventory, and POS knowledge.
• Ensure loss prevention practices and safety compliance.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and store standards.
