Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Gilbert, AZ. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising and daily operations to create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

Responsibilities include guest service, product knowledge, POS operations, and maintaining visual standards and merchandise presentation across the floor and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent retail exposure.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests by answering questions about store merchandise and locating items.
• Sell, display, and replenish merchandise; operate the register and processing of transactions.
• Maintain store standards including visual presentation and cleanliness.
