Buckle in Augusta, GA is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operations tasks, partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and lead by example.
