The Buckle, Inc. in Augusta, GA seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will support sales generation, guest service, merchandising, and store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

This role develops leadership skills, recruits teammates, and drives performance through hands-on coaching, store programs, and daily routines designed to elevate guest interactions and sales results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience recommended.
• Retail environment familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in sales, guest service, merchandising and operations.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team in recruiting and developing Teammates.
• Uphold Buckle policies, product presentation standards and loss prevention practices.
