Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new store in Pooler, GA, and recruiting for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader roles this fall.

The positions will support sales, merchandising and daily store operations while working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to build a strong team and guest experience. Responsibilities include leading by example, achieving sales goals, training teammates, and ensuring exceptional service in all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Willingness to perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.
• Effective communication with Store Manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions and locate merchandise.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and zone ownership.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and POS procedures.
• Provide leadership in absence of management.
