Job summary

Skechers, a global lifestyle brand, is seeking a Floor Leader to join our San Antonio store. You will support daily operations, mentor team members, and help deliver outstanding customer service while upholding Skechers standards.

In this entry-level retail leadership role, you’ll supervise opening/closing, assist in achieving sales goals, and provide on-the-job training to develop skills in customer service and store operations. This role offers flexible schedules and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder / Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and product advice to ensure customers find the right fit and have a great experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and security procedures.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks such as customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
